How to access the
Service
Referrals can be made by contacting
the Housing Advice Worker at YMCA Cornwall. Contact us
directly or through other statutory/voluntary agencies.
If the referral criteria are met,
an interview will be arranged. This will be an opportunity to meet
with project staff, view the accommodation, and discuss support
needs in greater detail.
The applicant will receive verbal
and written notification of the outcome of this assessment.
If the applicant is successful and
feels the supported accommodation at Appletree or Cherrytree
House will
meet their needs, they will be placed on the waiting list or
if a space is available immediately a mutually convenient move in date will be
arranged.
